Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking two per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our team in Clark, NJ, three days per week (Mon, Wed 11a-7p, and Fri 9a-5p).

(1) Per Diem for general Ortho and (1) Per Diem for Lymph (CLT/CDT required).

You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with physicians and rehab staff, educate patients and families, and adapt care plans while maintaining a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• NJ license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• For the Lymph position, CLT/CDT is required.
• New Grads welcomed; lymph experience helpful.
• Oncology specialization advantageous for Lymph position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
