Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking two per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our Clark, NJ location three days per week (Mon/Wed 11a-7p, and Fri 9a-5p). The roles include Lymph (CLT/CDT) and general orthopedic outpatient care, offering a collaborative environment and a commitment to patient-centered care.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work with physicians and rehab team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• New Jersey license to practice physical therapy.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members.
• Support per diem schedule at Clark, NJ location with three days per week (Mon/Wed 11a–7p, Fri 9a–5p).
