Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at the Pompton Plains location. Potential shifts are Monday 11a-7p, Wednesday 10a-6p, and Friday 8a-4p, with a culture focused on patient-centered care, professional respect, and ongoing learning.

You will conduct evaluations, develop patient-centered treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and rehab team, educate patients and families, and support varying appointment types while adapting care

Qualifications

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
