Atlantic Health in Pompton Plains, NJ, seeks a Per Diem Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. Potential shifts: Mon 11a-7p, Wed 10a-6p, Fri 8a-4p; collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care and ongoing learning.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, work with physicians and rehab staff, and educate patients and families. NJ license required; new grads welcome; competitive total rewards package.

• New Jersey license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.

• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
• Document interventions and assist with billing.
