Job summary

Atlantic Health System invites a Per Diem Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our Pompton Plains team. This role features several shifts (Mon 11a-7p, Wed 10a-6p, Fri 8a-4p) with a patient-centered focus and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will evaluate patients, design plans of care, and educate patients and families while adapting care to varying appointment types. A supportive culture and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• New Jersey license to practice physical therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
