Job summary

Atlantic Health in Union, NJ is seeking a skilled full-time Physical Therapist for our orthopedic rehabilitation team. Outpatient orthopedic PT experience is preferred. The role requires five days per week with two evenings until 7:00pm, in a culture that values patient-centered care and continuous learning.

You will work in a collaborative environment with clinicians across the rehab spectrum, using state-of-the-art tools to support high-quality patient outcomes and professional growth.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and rehab team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
