Job summary
EvergreenHealth is seeking per diem registered nurses in Kirkland, WA. The role covers total direct nursing care within standards, with specific orientation to orthopedic/spine pathways under OSCE. Tier premiums apply for per diem shifts.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program (Nursing Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Washington or eligible via NLC.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care and functions as a patient advocate.
- Assesses the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients.
- Coordinates the patient and family education process.
- Continuously plans, implements, and evaluates patient care with patient/family involvement.
- Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
- Communicates relevant information to supervisor and physician in a timely way.
- Documents changes in patient condition promptly to the charge nurse.
