Job summary

BlueHeart Professionals LLC, a nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency based in Seattle, is hiring per diem Registered Nurses for facilities across the Greater Seattle Area. You choose shifts that fit your schedule: days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Pay ranges from $60 to $75 per hour, depending on facility and shift. Responsibilities include direct resident care, assessments, medications, and treatments, with coordination with the care team and families.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Washington State RN license
• Recent clinical experience (long-term care, assisted living, SNF, or acute care)
• Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident/patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate with providers, families, and the care team
• Document accurately per facility policy and state regulations
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
