Serene Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible contract, per diem, and temp-to-hire opportunities across Seattle-area facilities. You will work in Seattle, Bothell, Issaquah, Edmonds, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding areas with day, evening, and night shifts.

We offer competitive pay and consistent shift availability, with weekly pay and overtime opportunities. A Washington State RN license and BLS are required, ACLS where specified, and 1+ year of RN

Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
• Experience in SNF, LTC, clinic, or hospital settings preferred.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some roles).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards.
