Colonial Group in Washington seeks a skilled registered nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate perioperative patient care within the OR setting. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and staff to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and adherence to policies.

You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate with the care team, document clearly, and participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in state of practice
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS certification within 90 days for ASC pediatrics
• Experience in OR or perioperative settings preferred
• PeriOp101 training within 4 months where applicable

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs and plan care with multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care and discharge planning
• Implement care per physician orders and policy
• Document care plans, progress, and outcomes clearly
• Support education and mentoring of staff and patients
