Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license in good standing or Multistate license with NJ endorsement (required).
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years acute care oncology experience; outpatient oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening early.
• Administer medications and therapies safely with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely, coordinated care decisions.
• Educate patients and families clearly to prepare for next care steps.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to support seamless transitions of care.
