Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with chemotherapy regimens and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely care decisions.
• Provide clear education to patients and families for next care steps.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Participate in rounds and contribute to team communication and transitions of care.
