Responsibilities

• Initial assessment and evaluation of OT needs for assigned patient populations and development of optimal treatment plans.
• Implement OT treatment plans and refer patients to other services as needed while monitoring progress.
• Complete thorough documentation for care and reimbursement and mentor fieldwork students.
