The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills in a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in the state of New Jersey.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• SNF or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Team-oriented and compassionate patient care approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy staff
• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety
