Job summary

Emerald Care Center Southwest in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate patients, develop tailored therapy plans, and help individuals regain independence and confidence through targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve gross and fine motor skills, coordination, and balance.
• Educate patients and caregivers on daily living activities techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
