Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills in a patient-centered approach.

Join a team that collaborates with physicians and therapy staff, educates residents and families on therapy techniques and safety, and maintains a safe, clean, and compliant therapy environment on site.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in the state of New Jersey.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• SNF or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Team-oriented and compassionate patient care approach.

Responsibilities
