Job summary

Boston Medical Center Brighton is seeking a per diem, on-site Physician Assistant in the OB/GYN department to deliver obstetric and gynecologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You'll assist in cesarean deliveries and gynecologic surgeries, provide triage, rounds, and care planning, and counsel patients on family planning and preventive health with a focus on equity and culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in obstetrics/gynecology with inpatient and ambulatory care.
• Experience with triage assessment and management of obstetric/gynecologic conditions.
• Experience assisting in cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures preferred.
• Family planning counseling and reproductive health education experience.
• Current NCCPA certification and MA licensure eligibility; DEA eligibility desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assist in cesarean deliveries and gynecologic surgeries as needed.
• Perform obstetric triage evaluations, inpatient rounds, and care planning.
• Counsel patients on family planning, contraception, and preventive health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to care equity.
