Qualifications

• Understanding of basic medical terminology.
• Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read, write and speak effectively in English.
• Must be certified Nursing Assistant or LVN or enrolled in accredited nursing program with completion of at least 1 clinical semester.
• Current BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist patients with hygiene and elimination.
• Maintain a clean and safe unit environment.
• Stock unit supplies and operate hospital equipment as directed.
