Zusammenfassung

VillageMD is hiring a per diem Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support diagnostic imaging and cardiac studies. You will prepare and inject radiopharmaceuticals, assist physicians, and perform QA to ensure safe, accurate imaging.

The role requires NRC-compliant procedures, English communication skills, and flexibility to travel between satellite offices as needed. Per diem hourly rate is competitive.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS certification required; ARRT and CNMT are required.
• 0–4 years’ experience in nuclear medicine; 2–4 years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepares and injects radiopharmaceuticals per NRC regulations and policies.
• Performs cardiac nuclear studies and assists physicians as needed.
• Maintains QA and calibration of equipment; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Documents tests, manages patient flow, and reports results promptly.
• Ensures proper aseptic technique and safe handling of isotopes.
