Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support the Radiology team in administering and detecting radioactive drugs, with strict documentation and safety practices. The role emphasizes calibration, recordkeeping, and patient confidentiality in a hospital setting.

The candidate will work under the Radiologic Physician, maintain equipment calibrations, and ensure compliance with state radiation policies.

Qualifications

• Registered by ARRT or certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Graduate of a recognized Nuclear Medicine program.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Radiologic Physician in diagnosis and treatment using radioactive drugs.
• Maintains documentation of use and disbursement of radioactive material.
• Performs daily and weekly calibrations on radioactive equipment.
• Maintains records on calibrations and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and follows safety policies.
