Job summary

Samaritan is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a per diem role in Washington. You will perform imaging procedures and dose administration, maintain QA, and ensure radiation safety in collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, patient preparation, and coordination with the imaging team. This position requires hands-on clinical training and relevant ARRT/NM credentials, with a flexible schedule across days and shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology or Nuclear Medicine program.
• Six months of hands-on clinical training.
• ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB.
• CPR Healthcare Provider required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures and quality control.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and prepare doses.
• Monitor radiation safety for staff and patients.
• Review patient records and schedules; coordinate with Radiologist.
