Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• New York State Radiologic Technologist License in Nuclear Medicine.
• ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB Certification; NYS Nuclear Medicine Technologist License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform medically prescribed nuclear medicine procedures.
• Safely prepare radiopharmaceutical doses and calculate activity.
• Access and verify patient information in HIS/RIS while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality control and documentation.
