Education

Active ANCC or AANP certification in Family, Adult, Geriatric, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care

Active Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain before start date)

Active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain post-hire)
