Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT or ARMRIT MRI technologist credential required at hire.
• NH Medical Imaging License required; NH MR within 1 year if new to MRI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Experience: MRI Technologist 1-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRI scans for ambulatory, inpatient, and emergency department patients with diagnostic quality.
• Prepare patients, position them, and adjust imaging parameters as needed.
• Inserts IVs and administers MR contrast agents; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Instructs patients on MRI safety and ensures policy adherence.
• Perform QA checks on MRI equipment and coordinate with staff.
