Job summary

Qualifications

• NH State Medical Imaging License ARRT(R) (CT) and BLS required.
• 3–5 years CT technologist experience in hospital or imaging center; 2–3 years cardiac CT/trauma imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and protocols.
• Ensures patient positioning and immobilization for optimal image quality and reduced radiation exposure.
• Reviews patient information, including medical history and prior imaging, before scans.
• Operates and calibrates CT equipment ensuring safety and functionality.
• Monitors patients during procedures and addresses concerns.
• Collaborates with radiologists to ensure accurate interpretation and follow-up imaging.
• Maintains documentation of procedures and imaging results.
• Adheres to infection control and radiation safety protocols.
