Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital in Conway, SC is seeking a Per Diem Mental Health Technician to provide direct patient care, supervise activities and support treatment plans. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, safety, and collaboration with the treatment team.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPI certification, and a valid driver’s license; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and a minimum of 1 year related experience is expected.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CPI Certified.
• Must be able to complete (5) day Hospital Orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to work, mealtime, recreation, and education activities; supervise as needed.
• Transport patients to appointments and activities; maintain safety and security; develop individualized crisis plans.
• De‑escalate aggression using counseling skills; active listening; maintain boundaries and promote a positive peer culture.
• Assess patient needs related to clothing, linens, and personal hygiene; supervise hygiene tasks.
