Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for its Medical/Telemetry Unit in Sparks, NV. You will deliver safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

The role requires a Nevada RN license, BLS and ACLS, and prior experience in an acute care environment. Per diem scheduling supports flexible, patient-centered care delivery and teamwork with the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Current ACLS certificate.
• One year FT or three years PT in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care on Medical/Telemetry unit.
• Develop and implement plans of care with nursing knowledge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient/family needs.
