Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse for our Medical/Telemetry Unit. This full-time role offers a days shift and comprehensive benefits, focused on safe, compassionate care and Patient Centered Care standards.

The RN will develop and implement care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support discharge planning, with opportunities for professional growth within UHS and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Current ACLS certificate.
• Must have one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill. Integrates direct and indirect patient care activities related to the diagnosis and co-morbidities.
• Coordinates the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients. Develops goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.

Formation
