Northern Nevada Health System’s Nevada facility seeks a dedicated CNA to join the Medical/Telemetry Unit in Sparks. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safe nursing assistant support, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Nevada CNA license, a current BLS certificate, and prefer 1 year of full-time or 3 years of part-time acute care experience. Benefits accompany the full-time position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program preferred.
• Current Nevada C.N.A. license required.
• Current BLS certificate required.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Meets with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks.
• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care.
