Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, drawing blood, sterile technique, and managing supplies; requires CMA/EMT/CNA certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Valid CMA, EMT, or CNA certification required.
• At least two years of progressively responsible healthcare experience.
• CPR Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required; own vehicle or transportation to sites.

Aufgaben

• Take vital signs, height and weight, and document in EMR.
• Assist physician/APP with procedures and prepare inmate for examination.
• Obtain specimen collection and handling, including blood draws.
• Assist with cleaning, sterilization and securing of equipment in Health Service Unit.
• Maintain supply stock and coordinate medication orders with pharmacy.
