Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Earn $37.00–$39.00 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options.

We welcome active LPN licensure, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. PPD within the last year is required, with the ability to meet physical job demands. Local applicants only; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
