Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our per diem team across Hampton Roads. Competitive pay ranges from $37.00 to $39.00 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day pay options and weekly pay cycles.

Requirements include an active LPN license, 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and PPD within the last year. Local applicants only. This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
