Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads, Virginia. The role offers hourly pay of $37.00 to $39.00 with per diem shifts and the option for same-day or next-day pay.

Qualified candidates will hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and possess current BLS/CPR certification. PPD within the last year is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
