Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for per diem shifts across Hampton Roads, Virginia. The role offers pay of $37–$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options and a flexible schedule.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and maintain current BLS/CPR certification. PPD within the last year is required to support patient care in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
