Job summary

People, Incorporated in Fall River, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts. You will work under the supervision of the RN and manage health care services for adults in Day Services programs.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating care with health professionals, monitoring health status, documenting findings, and training staff. No weekends, holidays, or nights.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA LPN license.
• Maintain CPR, first aid, and health records on file.
• At least two years in human services.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments during program hours.
• Coordinate care with health professionals and PCPs.
• Monitor health status and document findings.
• Document medical conditions every six months as delegated.
• Report changes to RN or Program Director/PCP as applicable.
• Provide staff training on medical protocols.
