People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for 24-hour supported homes in Fall River, Taunton and surrounding communities. Per diem positions offer the opportunity to provide premier medical services to medically involved individuals in a caring setting.

Responsibilities include structured routines, medication distribution, and supporting individuals in daily activities while respecting rights. A rewarding role with growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• MA state LPN or RN license required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and valid driver's license required.
• TB screening and a physical required upon hire; TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in ISPs.
• De-escalation and crisis management may be required to ensure safety.
