Job summary

People, Incorporated in Fall River, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and deliver health care services to individuals in Adult Day Services programs.

You will administer medications, coordinate care with other health professionals, monitor health status, document findings, and train staff on medical protocols while engaging in team meetings and required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Massachusetts LPN license.
• Maintain current licenses, CPR, first aid, and health records.
• At least two years of experience in human services.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed during program time.
• Coordinate each individual's care with other health professionals.
• Monitor health status and document findings in the record.
• Document medical conditions or findings every six months as delegated.
• Report changes to the RN, or Program Director as needed.
• Oversee implementation of PCP recommendations and team therapy.
• Provide staff training on medical protocols as delegated.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
