Health Care Resource Center is seeking a Per Diem Dispensing Nurse – LPN/LVN to dispense prescribed medications in the outpatient setting as part of a treatment team working with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors.

The role emphasizes accuracy and empathy, with responsibilities including operating automated dispensing systems, maintaining dispensing equipment, and ensuring DEA/state regulatory compliance in an outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical dependency preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license in MA with good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• EMR & computer proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications per policy and protocols.
• Use automated dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Maintain records/reports per company protocol and regulations.
• Ensure security standards for controlled substances per CFR.
• Order, receive and stock medication per DEA/state regs.
