Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers in Indiana is seeking a detail oriented Per Diem Dispensing Nurse – LPN to join our treatment team. You will dispense prescribed medications, work with physicians and nursing supervisors, and help ensure safe, compliant medication distribution in an outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate care for individuals in substance use disorder, maintaining dispensing equipment and inventory, and reporting patient treatment information to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Indiana and in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR and computer systems.
• Background check and drug screen cleared.
• Experience in chemical dependency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications per policy, including methadone and Suboxone.
• Operate automated dispensing systems and calibrate equipment.
• Maintain records and reports per protocols and regulations.
• Ensure security of controlled substances per CFR.
• Stock medications and manage inventory per DEA/state rules.
• Provide daily patient assessments and orientation to new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
