Job summary

Health Care Resource Centers is seeking a detail oriented LPN/LVN to dispense prescribed medications within an outpatient treatment team. You will support physicians and nursing supervisors, maintain dispensing equipment, manage inventory, and report patient treatment data.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in NH in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with chemical dependency preferred.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications to patients per policy and protocols.
• Use automated dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Maintain records and reports per company, Federal, and State regulations.
• Ensure security standards for distribution and storage of controlled substances.
• Stock medication per DEA and State regulations.
• Provide daily patient assessments and assist Nursing Supervisor with onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
