Job summary

Brio Living Services in Chelsea, MI is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing and rehabilitation team. Schedule features no mandated rotations, with weekends and holidays required; shifts from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm and 10:31 pm to 7:00 am include premium pay, and paid on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities include direct/indirect nursing care under the Director of Nursing, handling complex clinical situations, and ensuring high-quality patient care for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN).
• Active State of Michigan LPN License.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment.

Join Our Team as a Per Diem LPN!
Schedule: No scheduling mandation

• Work an average of three (3) shifts per calendar month.
• Regular weekend coverage is expected.
• Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year.
• Shift Premiums : Beginning 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, $1:90 | Beginning 10:31 pm -7 am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10:31 pm – Sun 11:00 pm, $1.00.
• Pay Range: $32.61 - $41.09/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
