NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Dimondale, MI is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will deliver specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, and other areas, while collaborating with a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, participate in care planning, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered service. Shift options include nights with premium pay and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• LPN license and CPR-BLS certification required.
• Degree: Associates or Bachelors or higher.
• Strong teamwork and patient communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of nursing duties including would care, IV therapy, and other treatments.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients/families on plans of care.
• Provide preventative and supportive care to promote patient well-being.
• Maintain hospitality and high-quality service in daily interactions with patients and families.
• Supervise Nurse Aide team and provide training and evaluations.

Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. You’re not just a nurse, you’re a vital part of our healthcare family.

You will earn: up to $40.55 per hour on Nights!! PLUS - $15,000 Sign On Bonus - Paid out MONTHLY!!

• Starting wages: $29.15 - $32.15 per hour
• Shift Premium $4.00 per hour during these times: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Shift Premium $5.00 per hour during these times: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Yearly Wage Increases
• PLUS Sign On Bonus up to $15,000 for Full Time! This bonus is to be paid out in monthly installments of $1250.00 for the candidate's first twelve months of employment.

How You Will Help People Every Day

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!

We Can Work With Your Scheduling Needs

• 12 hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
