Position Details

Location: South Grove Apartments, Ann Arbor, MI

As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities include leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, resident retention, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and show apartments
  • Oversee and process applications and lease renewals
  • Conduct marketing surveys and prepare reports
  • Assist with newsletters, resident activities, and outreach
  • Handle sales, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Maintain resident files and monitor service requests
  • Perform floating duties as assigned
  • Prepare incident reports and follow-up
Job Requirements
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; training available for the right candidate
  • Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Full-time hours Monday-Friday, with some weekend work
