The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY is hiring a Mashgiach/Kosher Cook on a per diem, as-needed basis to support the Institute's Food Service department.

You will supervise Kosher kitchen operations, manage inventory, prepare and cook Kosher meals, and coordinate food production, assembly, delivery and pickup of trays while upholding dietary laws and resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Yeshiva graduate with Kosher culinary knowledge.
• Prior Mashgiach experience in hotel, institution or food service preferred.
• Ability to cook and prepare kosher meals.

Responsabilités

• Oversee kosher kitchen operations and compliance with dietary laws.
• Manage inventory, food production, preparation, assembly and tray delivery/pickup.
• Prepare and cook kosher meals for residents on an as-needed basis.
