Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Baltimore is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support scrub and circulating duties during interventional procedures. Under supervision, you will prepare the procedure room, stock supplies, and assist with patient positioning and medication handling in compliance with USV/FMS policies and state regulations.

Requirements include 1-2 years of related experience, knowledge of C-Arm and ultrasound equipment, sterile techniques, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Surgical Technologist Certification per state regulation.
• 1-2 years related experience; patient care experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of interventional equipment and sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintenance and setup of the procedure room in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Stocks procedure room and trays with supplies prior to procedure.
• Cleans equipment and room after procedures; prepares patients for surgery as needed.
• Performs circulating duties and assists physician during interventional procedures under sterile technique.
