Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Houston, TX is seeking a Scrub Tech/Circulating role to support interventional procedures. You will prepare the procedure room, stock supplies, and assist the physician during fluoroscopy while maintaining sterile technique.

The job requires 1–2 years of related experience and a High School Diploma; Surgical Technologist certification is preferred. You will assist with patient preparation, medication prep within state regulations, patient transfers, HIPAA compliance,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and universal precautions.
• Experience with interventional equipment (including C-Arm and Ultrasound).
• BLS certification required or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assists with setup and maintenance of the procedure room in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Stocks procedure room and trays with all needed supplies and interventional equipment.
• Cleans the procedure room and equipment post procedure.
• Assists with patient preparation and positioning for procedures.
• Prepares and administers medications within scope and state regulations.
• Performs patient transfers and transports to and from the procedure room.
• Assists physician during interventional procedures under fluoroscopy, maintaining sterile technique.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains medical records integrity.
• Supports inventory, ordering, and restocking of supplies.
