Qualifications

• Assess and coordinate nursing care per unit standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family.
• Coordinate plan of care and discharge planning with the care team.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities.
• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to resolve patient needs.
• Participate in quality and safety programs.
• Adhere to unit standards and professional practice guidelines.
• Self-schedule 24 hours of availability every 4 weeks for per diem roles.
