Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
• Basic Life Support Certification and RN license (PA) required

Responsibilities

• Assesses plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promotes adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve highest level of care.
• Coordinates patient care and interdisciplinary team interactions.
• Delivers direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan accordingly.
• Initiates collaboration with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs.
• Participates in unit-based decisions and quality/safety education.
