Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient acute care PT experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes effective goals and treatment plans.
• Implements patient-specific treatment plan and modifies as needed.
• Provides clinical supervision to new staff and/or students.
• Completes and processes insurance information timely.
• Maintains clinical competency.
