Job summary

SolutionHealth's Nashua, NH Physical Therapy department seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat inpatients from birth through geriatrics, establishing goals and prognosis and developing treatment plans with the care team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, CPR certification preferred, and 1–2 years of inpatient acute care PT experience; 1 year is required. Schedule includes Wednesdays 8:00am–4:30pm and two weekend days per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• MINIMUM 1 YEAR INPATIENT ACUTE CARE PT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops goals and prognosis with treatment plans.
• Implements patient-specific treatment plans and modifies as needed.
• Delegates and shares appropriate patients with physical therapy assistants.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff and affiliating students.
• Completes and processes insurance information in a timely manner.
• Maintains clinical competency and uses safe equipment and techniques.
